At first, you see no sign of dragon life, but then a cracking sound comes from somewhere above you to your left. Looking up, you see a very unusual Guardian with green Thylacine stripes jumping and swinging from his tail on the many unbalanced pillars across the land. He notices you, and jumps and runs down the most unstable pillar, using his wings to flutter along. He walks up to you, with a strange creature following behind him. It hisses at you, but you take no notice. [b]"Hello there!"[/b] the Guardian announces happily as he walks. [b]"Please, take no mind of Pateus, he hisses at everyone, and welcome to the Earth lands!"[/b] He studies you and frowns. [b]"You look awfully tired. Come, I now a place where you can rest."[/b] And with that, the Guardian, whom you find out is named Absinthe of the Sirions, takes you deep into the ongoing world of the Earth lands. A cave entrance has been dug out at the bottom of the biggest one, and you follow Absinthe inside, keeping a good distance between you and Pateus. You begin to slide down a steep slope, noticing the absence of stairs in the Sirion's lair. At the bottom, you run into Absinthe, who was waiting for you. The first thing you notice when you look around is how much warmer it is down here than the surface! Almost too warm, and the heat sticks to you. [b]"Come with me. I doubt our king, Attin, will mind at all if you stay, but you still must meet him."[/b] Absinthe and Pateus take you down many winding tunnels, until you come to a large, open room where a golden Spiral is going over plans for making their lair bigger. Beside him is a very beautiful, shining light blue Spiral, with a strange mask across her face. And beside her is a dark, ocean-colored Spiral. Each of them are wearing golden clawtips. They notice the intruders, and Absinthe bows to the golden Spiral. [b]"My king, we have a guest."[/b] Attin turns to you and smiles. [b]"Then let them be comfy!"[/b] And with that Absinthe takes you even further into the cave, and you find an empty room lined with stuffed animals. [b]"I hope you enjoy your stay, we love having newcomers! Come see!"[/b] You follow the pair (and Pateus, who never leaves Absinthe's side), down many other tunnels until you reach the front door again, and turn left. This tunnel is short, and very colorful. The walls are lined with gems, stuffed animals are everywhere, and little dragons are running around and playing. One runs right into you, shakes its head, and looks up. Realizing you're not a Sirion, it turns tail and darts away. He is a kind soul, but feisty and brave when he has to be. When Rias first came to the Sirions, he took care of the little one, and protected her from all the dangers that lurk in the world. He loved when Rias first suggested they make a hatchery - he adores hatchlings. You've come to the wrong hatchery if you're simply going to buy a dragon and exalt it.
