Yeaah, the market is all over the place and impossible to predict. I've seen the most random of dragons sell for thousands of gems, and I've also snagged some real beauties for pennies.
I was asking 700g for him a year ago and had some interest, but no deals ever went through. I wouldn't be asking for anything over that price.
