Yes, you did just fine on the ping! That is exactly how to do it. Pinging someone notifies them that they were mentioned in a forum post. It helps speed up responses.

I have run out of dragons for today, but I have 5 nests going and they will be hatching (and most likely given away to new users) soon! I even have a nest hatching tomorrow, as I mentioned in my previous response. After that I will basically have a nest hatching every day. I'll be updating this post as I have new dragons to give away.

Alrighty! Keep your eyes peeled, they will be here tomorrow afternoon (FR time). For lack of a better method, and because it seemed fair, I've been handling requests on a first-come-first-serve basis. I suppose, though, that I can treat "I want one of those eggs" and other such statements as a request. Hmm.
