@SilverQuark Hello c: In future, please make sure that the list has fully generated before pinging as the one pinged appeared to have quite a few miss-pings in the specifics sections! Per the [url=https://www1.flightrising.com/forums/drs/2942468/87#post_47048975]update[/url] we posted a few days ago here are some tips/things to check to ensure it doesn't happen again in the future [LIST=1] [*]Is the specifics/dates list longer than 5-7 people? Unless you are pinging for a double or a special date (e.g. Christmas or New Year’s) the lists should not be much longer than this, and it could be an indicator that it isn’t finished loading. Even with multiple popular doubles in the mix the colours list is rarely longer than 20-30 names. [*]Is the [url=https://www.benlcollins.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/02/loading_bar_2.gif]loading bar[/url] still going? Wait 20-30 seconds after the bar has “filled”/finished loading to make sure that it doesn’t start again [*]Sometimes a quick refresh of the page can help to force the list to do a reload of the formulas if you are not sure whether it is definitely finished [/LIST] For reference, in this case, the specifics should have looked like this: [img]https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/790983483039678465/828765550901329960/Screenshot_2021-04-05_at_23.56.04.png[/img] Thank you!

Hi, I've refreshed the sheet about 3 or 4 times over the course of adding the dragons (it kept disconnecting/lagging and I had to redo the work) and when it finally worked, I waited about 3-5 minutes from AFTER the loading bar stopping to make sure that all pings were loaded. Would you mind sharing some other tips on how to make sure if and when the sheet is finished loading, or things I can look out for to be able to tell the pings are done generating for sure? Thanks!
