Just give me dimensions in "Notes" and I'll use them. This is especially handy if you're looking for a piece to put in a signature. This allows me to accept the first part of the payment when I begin work! I require the second part of the payment before I give you the unwatermarked finished product (I will show it to you before asking for payment). If it's more convenient for you, you're free to send the whole payment up front and you'll just get the finished piece right away without a watermark.
