Thumbnails link to full images. I strongly recommend viewing the full images for a style that interests you because the image quality is really bad for forum posts and the thumbnails don't show the full image.
Payment usually sent after art is complete. That way, if I forget, you keep your mons.
Paintings are limitless in possibilities. Thus, exact pricing may depend on the nature of your request. Feel free to request a quote for your idea, I won't be insulted or upset or anything if you decide it's more expensive than you're willing to pay.
The listed prices are not always exact but are examples of expected cost. Prices listed are for art with a flat or simple background; drawing a setting incurs additional charge (scales with complexity). Prices also reflect high quality art; if you want a '
crummy meme', the price can be greatly reduced for most styles. I eyeballed most of these prices; I will change the prices to more accurately reflect the value of the work as needed.
All prices can be converted to treasure by 1 gem = 1,000 treasure. Technically I also make art for real money. Art trades are for my choice of sketch or experimental style unless you thoroughly impress me.
Texture
Texture Art is made with brushes that exaggerate texture for a strong 'artistic' look. This style category varies widely and can range from rough and quick renders to entire fleshed out paintings. Texture art can be lined or lineless, and have cell shading, painted shading, or no shading. If there is a specific piece with a style you admire, be sure to mention it because it is unlikely your work will resemble the style you desire otherwise due to the variable nature of texture art.
Lined Texture with Shading: _

Lineless Texture Painting:

- Fullbody: 3500-4500 g

Crisp
Crisp style features crisp lines and cell shading. Flight Rising style and anime style are substyles of the Crisp style. Because this style requires a lot of detail work, it can be more expensive than texture style for complex pieces. A flat color version of this style is recommended for reference sheet commissions.

Sketch
Think art is neat but don't want a whole painting? Then the Sketch Style is for you! Features suspicious lines that probably don't have coloring or shading. Unless you opt for a colored sketch of course, which will have flat coloring.

Painting
Digital Painting is much like ordinary painting. While all digital art is technically digital painting, this style category actually looks the part. This is the style category that is most commonly associated with 'realistic' art, which is the most complex form of art to make.

Pixel/Abstract
|
Pixel art is the same as any other art, except at an aesthetically pleasingly low resolution. It lends itself to decent animation rather cheaply. Please keep resolution in mind for pixel art if these are important for you (for example if this is for your forum signature) as pixel art does not resize cleanly to specific random sizes.
Pixel Art
- Simple pixel of a headshot or a banner: 1250g
- Simple pixel of a whole dragon: 2000 g
- 4 frame animation (simple): 3500g
- Pixel art translates to all other styles, ask for a quote.
Stylized Abstract is something between a lineless texture painting, crisp art, a painting, and pixel art. Pixels are lonely so they share a category.
Stylized Abstract

- Torso Up: 1000 g
- Fullbody: 1500 g

Design
Please note that design requests require extra details when ordering.
I am often asked specifically about reference sheets, so here's a little design section. I absolutely love character design, so there is no extra charge for designing a character instead of just drawing it. I can make reference sheets in any style, but the default style has flat shading and moderately thick lines. Changing styles may influence price for better or worse for reference sheets. I also do a lot of gjinka design and I have developed a special painting style I use for pretty clothing; I can design a gjinka with any style and I can use the 'gjinka style' for other paintings as well.
Gjinka Design:
(with "gjinka style")
- Headshot: 750 g
- Torso Up: 1000 g
- Fullbody: 1500 g
|
Reference Sheet:
(with default style)
- Front/Back Body: 1500 g
- Add Expressions: +200 g per expression
- Add Outfit: +500 g per outfit
- Anything Else I added that you didn't technically ask for: free

No reference sheet examples yet, mostly because I haven't bothered to upload any to imgur.

Animation
|
Animation consists of drawing the same things several times, but with slight differences between them to produce an illusion of movement. Animation is best utilized by simpler styles since it is actually a series of paintings in a single file.
Ask for a quote, animation is too varied for me to provide a cost guideline.
