I give you free reign with only a few guidelines; His clothing should be anything of the high aristocracy pre-electricity variety, anything from a mere Lord of medieval times all the way to royalty in the late 1800's. The second guideline is that he can be smol and precious or a very gentle giant or an average lil chubster or, well, whatever you're feeling really, but his overall look should say 'Soft and sweet'. Final guideline, I'd like the kelpie hair used, minus the seaweed of course, but as long as color and length are kept it can be any style you're feeling, from loose to a tight, neat updo, or even an elaborate one. Whatever is most fun for you to draw!
If you still have open slots that is. Full body colored and shaded.
