Notes about Commission: Kepler is like a skittish feral cat-- will bite if cornered but otherwise prefers to flee. Is a bit nervous. The right side of his face (one not shown on ref) is blue like the rest of his body, his white markings are uneven like piebald. For the bg, he's found around water so you can do just like a simple coastal or rocky look. Hopefully his design is dragon adjacent enough!

His total will be 2200. Once payment is sent I'll begin sketching then send you a rough draft for approval. I'm thinking a nice beach scene would work well. Would you prefer daylight, nighttime or dawn/dusk?

Dusk or night might be really pretty! The light blue spots on his body and the orange areas both glow a bit in the dark so I think you could play with that nicely. :) I'll go ahead and send the payment now!
