I made a thing of my avatar derg, and it turned out really well and didn't take long to do at all I'm best at edge, though I may be willing to attempt non-edge I'm not really confident in other breeds. I might be able to pull off other breeds (Most confident with Imperials), but I make no promises. If I try and fail at making a good rough sketch, I'm afraid I'll have to decline your commission. In the same vein, I'll do my utmost best to get all the apparel in the final piece. If it proves to be too complicated, I might ask if I can either simplify it or take some stuff out. As for payment, I'll take Treasure, Gems, items and I can do mixed! I recommend sending it after I finish your piece, since I may take a while , and I'll take it through CR or DM!
