probably! i lurk around tubmg/quirks/headcanon threads and the such, so you might've caught me there ^^ You name sounds familiar too, ngl!
i'll see what i can do with the Noct. she's a fandragon, so should i stick to her current outfit/genes or do you want me to add in things from the actual Harley? (and if so, which version of her? Suicide Squad Harley or the original red-black design?)

Ooh definitely Suicide Squad since that's the version she's based on, just make sure to keep a few things from dragon Harley (but I used to be on the forum games daily, so I'm sure it was that lol)
