Why is it an emergency?

You see, I don't wanna do a lot of crying. I really want you to only commission me if you like my artwork and not out of pity! But I feel like explaining myself makes things more clear as I usually do not like 'selling' myself like that.
Since summer 2019 I fell chronically ill to Crohns disease, and it becomes harder and harder for me to pay my hospital bills and my medication as I am not capable of working my job in this condition anymore. I get my basic needs covered, but I just really need this extra cash to get around, as my life pretty much depends now on how well I can afford my meds, which I ... can't.
Already a few 5€ commissions would help me out so much, as these at least get my meds covered (which I literally need to survive). I promise that I am not going to waste the money I'm earning here on anything unnecessary.
