This is Ulric, he's a OC I use in Marvel RPs, an Asgardian saber rider. Massive flirt, and overall a skilled swordfighter. In RPs his FC is Colin O'Donoghue.

I can certainly do that, I was prepared for double so 70% sounds good to me, you'll get levels throughout the week, I tend to work fast and in level 10s. (510 levels correct?)

Talon is 5 foot at the shoulder (I really should add that to the bio thank you for pointing it out), so she can certainly look him in the eye if she wants but she typically keeps her head level with her shoulder similar to a tiger unless she's alert over something.
