Apparel/Skin: I'd love for the hair to be the Kelpie mane and i'd definitely be willing to pay extra as that might be a lil more complicated than, like, a scarf or somethin'. haha

Special effects or changes to the dragon: Her humanoid description is in her bio but I don't know if it would need any FX. :) PLEASE let me know if you'd like other references - I only know of art that other people have done of that character though (she's a fan-dragon). Also she totally doesn't have to be creepy, I'm good with literally any art style/emotion.
