I am still doing these, sorry for taking so long to get back to you, I wasn't home all day yesterday. I have one question about your order: nurse was only a trainer class in BW and BW2, so the only nurse in SuMo would be the Pokemon Center nurse, whose sprite is too big to fit on a signature. So I'm wondering which one you meant, and if you meant the one from the Pokemon Center, you would unfortunately have to choose a new trainer class.
