As for the character, maybe this little girl but as a humanoid?
The clothes ideas and anything else about her is up to you (I wouldn't mind paying extra if you want) since she doesn't have a humanoid design as of now. If you don't want to come up with clothes ideas then I could think of some things and send them to you by the time you need it ^^
Only thing is if she could have darkish color skin, and long hair? :)
