She was often abused to behave in the name of the clan's honour, until one day when she was a young adult, she transgressed the rules one last time, and they banished her saying awful things (how she'd die alone for dishonouring the clan, how she never belonged there and would never find peace, etc) >> Second part, joining dandelion clan: she then wanders aimlessly and decides on flying over the ocean. she burns out, falls into the sea, and floats to the shore belonging to dandelion clan. they find, heal and offer her to join them but she thinks she doesnt deserve that - she rejects it. Yet she can't get herself to leave as she has nowhere to go. so she asks to stay in her awkward way, promising she'd do different. (her promise is confusing to gale and arwen since they don't know her story, but they accept it anyway). >> Third part, epilogue and nowadays: this one can be brief, showing she's not perfect yet and scars of the past still linger (namely her bias against pearlcatchers bc of her old clan) but she's willing to work on it now that she has support. she found her true home in dandelion clan and is totally devoted to it, to the point she wouldn't mind dying for it. Her death would be the most honourable now. To answer your questions, the dragon she's closest to is Sharon. she can keep a conversation with her the longest (even though sharon does most of the talking) they usually hunt together for the clan and have good sync in combat.
she also stays around the clan leaders often, in her free time she's usually making sure they're ok and if they need any help with their affairs, resting or practicing her ice magic.

As for the overview you can add some dialogue if you feel it's best! I'm not too picky with that~
