With his accent, hat, hood/cowl, and either the silk scarves (they're layered to get that color) or his shoulder plate? The whole point of his outfit is to mix as many colors and patterns to look like an actual outfit someone pulled together while still looking mysterious-ish. He's also got a great personality. He balances his mate, who's an old testament demon, so...
