I ordered art from a previous Icepop's shop. Where is my art?
If art ordered from previous Icepop shops have not been received, you can either:
Apply the levels you paid towards art from any of the this shop's artists.*
• Please fill out an order form for your new desired artist.
• In notes, ping @
Pericci and state the number of levels you paid.
• You may apply your balance to more than one order.
• If your requested art costs more levels, you may be asked to cover the difference.
Have the shop reimburse you.*
• 1 level = 3000 treasure or 3.5 gems (rounded up if applicable).
• Please PM Pericci to claim this.
Continue to wait for your original artist.
• Please PM Pericci if you would like help tracking down or talking to the artist.
* Your original artist will be contacted to let them know that they no longer have to finish your image.
I ordered art from Mystery Box, Where is my art?
While Icepop's and Mystery Box are different shops, we will be happy to reimburse you in any of the same ways listed above.
What if I don't make the promised number of levels in time?
We ask that you are sure of your ability to deliver the promised levels before you purchase art. Please be mindful that adult fodder prices may rise. However, in circumstances beyond your control, please:
Contact your artist before 01:00 FRT on July 16th for alternate options.
• People may offer you help or suggestions.
• The artist can try to scale down the picture according to the levels you can give.
Pay in currency after the battle. This option should be a last resort.
• 1 level = Lowest hatchling price at 23:30 FRT on July 16th.
How should we send you dragons via the new Crossroads??
Ideally, we prefer as little disruption as possible. Please send dragons via 1-way trade to online receivers, and continue to ping the artist and receiver to the thread with a list of dragon IDs.
