Oh, whoops! I'll send you the link to the blog I found it on; hopefully it will work for you! :) It is the dragon drawing labeled '3/4 Medieval Spiked Dragon Head' around the middle of the page. Although the dragon art is not based on FR, they do bear an uncanny resemblance to some FR dragons!
