YES! I've been wanting more genes that affect the underbelly in a way that isn't just a flat color, so this is awesome.
I'm curious, though -- the examples in the main image don't seem to show off the chest markings at all? Is that just because the primary and tertiary colors are too close together?
I generated a scry that seems to match the Vigil in genetics and coloration, and the chest marking is definitely visible there:
