They look like an alternate Banescale, which I can get behind. >:)

My 2 guys. [s]Idk what I'm gonna name 'em since they don't fit any OCs or fandom chars from the top of my head, but we'll see what happens.[/s]
Edit: Both are literal goblins. One is the Goblin King and the other is a warrior fallen from grace. I scatterscrolled the 2nd one since his original colors wen't doing it for me and since added the Swirl eye.
At least I got a male and female this time, lol - unlike the Thorntail, where both were males. xD
