The upside down Skydancer is the live update banner :D

They replace them with the banner for the actual update. But when it's a live update they use the upside down SD :)

It's so lovely to finally see Banescales receive some far-needed attention, though, the addition of Monarch does seem slightly ill-fitting. I also agree with others with the disappointment of how small the tertiary Spines look. I'm happy they're now an option, but they're quite difficult to see.
