You may have to go back a few pages, but the vista is stocking in the treasure marketplace under speciality items. The blue and gold macaw is a level two recipe, so depending on how far you are in alchemy, you may not be able to see it yet! I hope this helps!

One issue I noticed though, the Blue and Gold Macaw seems to take an extra hour than the other one to brew even though they give the same XP/same level?
