That item is called Unicorn Dust

It is a material that can be found in the coliseum. Specifically, Wetland Unicorns in the Mire drop them, and quite regularly too :)

wow, those familiars are really good looking! also, about the apparel, I really like the concept and I'm looking foward some more recolour, sadly some breed dont looks as good as others, but still the colours are beautiful noneless

I have to say, I agree with the apparel, nonetheless, it all depends on how the dragon looks though, meaning colour and stuff like that.
