The best part of this update, I think. Coding involves a lot of what users might consider "behind the scenes" work, but I'd much rather prefer a site that is stable and runs smoothly to a site with flashy new gene releases every week, but is buggy and poorly built. I'm really glad the FR devs are taking the time to tackle this issue head on, instead of avoiding it. It may seem to some with the lack of more traditional updates that nothing is going on, but I'm really glad that this is what you guys are focusing on, and I hope that this coding optimization will lay the groundwork for a more stable, predictable, less buggy FR.

Aequorin Is there any rough ETA on any of these features? Even if it's something like "the second half of the year" or "third quarter?" I think having soft deadlines like those helps the community know when to sort of expect things, and it's a heck of a lot better than the vaporware "soon" response.

It's good to hear the site's going through a recode, it will take a long time but no doubt be better in the long run. I voted for the complete opposite with piebald xD but maybe I will prefer it on other breeds. Really excited about the hypnotic and viperia genes though, some of my dragons may get a regene *o*
