This isn't a complaint or anything. Is there a reason you guys don't accept gems? Just another thing to track or is it something else?

Hi! We don't accept gems for several reasons but mostly simplicity. This is already a complex program with a lot of different aspects to track, and the spreadsheet was never made with T/G divisions in mind. Everything is easier to keep track of if it's only one currency :3

I just got my friend pack and there were two different antelopes included, but only one of them is showing up on my collector's sheet. What should I do to have both of them show up? The sheet's been updating normally for other openings, but I've noticed that this time they're not appearing. There's new monkeys that aren't appearing, too, but the shrews are updating so I have no idea what is going on exactly!
I made a new copy of the collector's sheet and it is also missing them.

Sadly my knowledge isn't enough to troubleshoot other than double checking that both of your info has been entered correctly.

I could be wrong, but this current bout of players saying their currently sent orders
are not showing up in their tracking system... I thought that was the normal case in any
instance - does not the current opening only go in properly at the end of the opening's
week ?

Hi! The pixels should update immediately - if you have received them by PM, they should show up on the Collector's Sheet asap.
There was an error on one of the import columns, which we have fixed now. You will need to make a new copy of the Collector's Sheet and it should update properly. Thank you very much for letting us know about the problem!
