The mirror would be a flat $1.50. For the fae, $1.50 base, the skin would be $1.50. For the apparel, $0.55 for the colony, tatters and grasp and $0.65 for the forejewels, clawrings, and tail decor. If you got him with everything, total would be $6.60.
