Now is better~ I won't surrender the piece until I have collected the payment. How I usually do it is that I let the one-way CR rest until I finish the piece and I accept it right before I put the piece in pick-up~. That way if the one-way CR is cancelled by you, I see it as an order cancellation and know you are no longer interested in your order~.
