I gened and breed changed her from the ground up and tried to make her look as panda-like as possible, and glimmer did pretty good, I think! :3

When should I send payment?

Well she is perfect! :D Cherub / Glimmer is quickly becoming one of my favorite combinations, and she really rocks it!

Payment afterwards :) I would rather wait on payment than have someone uncomfortable that they paid for a thing that hasn't arrived immediately.
(Plus, I've had artists go awol on me so many times, I have millions floating around worth of unpaid art xD I'd hate to think I'd contribute to that in case an emergency comes up or something, and I have to go awol for a period of time.)

Thank you for your consideration! ^-^ I really wish there was a safety net for both artists and consumers, but it would be difficult since digital art is essentially an image link.
