Vesper took up the position of guarding this clan early in his life, and has been devoted ever since. His expertise lie in giving others orders to follow, and his natural born leadership might have made him a rather fine Clan Leader if not for his damaged ear structures, which makes it harder than normal for him to communicate with dragons other than Coatls, and even causes some drawbacks when communicating with Coatls.

Luckily, he developed a rather handy way to show other dragons what he wants when it comes to battle and defending the lair, using body gestures and clicks.

Vesper, outside of battle, is a very loving and gentle dragon, and smiles more often than he blinks. He has the biggest, most obvious crush on Artemis that any dragon has ever seen.
