Lineage

Biography

Yona came to the clan on wings of fire. Her striking beauty stunned the clan members, many of whom fell dumb upon seeing the gorgeous creature striding into their territory. There was no fear on her face as she made her way through the group of warriors, completely sure of herself. Such confidence was rarely seen in strangers, so the dragons that might have otherwise accosted her for trespassing were taken completely by surprise and let her pass unharmed.

When asked why she came to them, Yona explained, "Though I hail from the sea, I am a girl of shadow and flame. I cannot abide in the sun, or within the waters of my homeland. I searched and searched for a place that I could truly belong, and I have found it here in the darkness with all of you." Once again the clan was shocked at how bold and forward the young lass was; to have barely met any of their number, and to already be so comfortable in their presence was surely the mark of something special. They welcomed her with open arms, and she has proved to be an invaluable asset to them.

It turned out that Yona was a powerful sorceress. Her magic was unlike anything the clan had ever seen before. Amazingly, she was not bound merely to her own element and could wield any Flight's power as if it were her own. Despite her incredible power, Yona is a pleasant and humble dragon and doesn't let herself become too full of herself. She is strong, true, but she will not boast about it except in jest. This is not to say that she ever sells herself short; she knows her worth, and does not talk herself down in an attempt to appear more modest. She remains confident in her ability, but refuses to be complacent about it and will train and study with anyone that has anything to teach. Her surety and humility are amongst the reasons so many find her to be so attractive, not simply because she is breathtaking to behold. Everyone who meets her is smitten for one reason or another.
