Biography
Owner of the Job Center
Cabanela inherited the strength and cleverness from his mother Asuna, and in his early years he already started to learn how the clan operated. He soon recognized the lack of an actual plan - every visitor and member could basically do whatever they wanted to, which is an important philosophy of the clan. But therefore, important tasks were just done half-hearted and not executed to full efficiency. While the Heirs had two Digging Experts, for example, nobody really liked Insect Catching, so these were rarely on the menu.
After a lot of thinking, Cabanela made a list of tasks that he thought needed more attention, but the leaders of the clan didn't want to restrict the freedom of any dragons coming to the lair. It was a Ridgeback named Maegwin who helped Cabanela find a solution that pleased everyone. In a nightlong talk, they came up with all kinds of positions for future clan members - like a Souvenier Shop or a Dancing School (the only thing Cabanela liked almost as much as planning and organizing was, actually, dancing) - and some serious suggestions, like a Job Center.
It was perfect. Visitors who'd like to stay with the clan would immediately see how they could make themselves useful, while permanent members could look at the fancy list and probably think about changing professions or recruiting new experts. All of this without forcing someone to do any of these things.
But then, Maegwin went rogue... it turned out she wanted to exploit and rob the Zephyr Dwellers, and on her escape, she had some helpers. Dragons who came into the clan and pretended to settle in. Although Cabanela was suspected of being her helper in the beginning, it soon turned out he had no clue. Since this day, which cost the clan many lifes, Cabanela turned silent. He still maintains the Job Center, though, at least he's still noting the needed positions and taken jobs. But he's rarely seen in person anymore...
