S U M M A R Y
Muffet is a bit of an oddity. She is very sweet and kind most of the time, and she enjoys baking and making sweet treats for everyone in Valentia more than anything else. However, those who aren't residents of Valentia, who wish to try her pastries, are coerced into paying unreasonably large amounts of treasure and gems for them. Muffet uses her spider familiars to distribute her baked goods to those outside of the empire, as well as using them to rob said dragons blind. Those who buy her sweets just seem compelled to spend all their money on them, it's something of a talent of hers. As per Parthia's direct request, Muffet does not use these tactics on those in the empire, although it saddens her greatly to lose out on potential profits. There are several dragons in Valentia who know about Muffet's business, but since the money she takes benefits the clan as a whole, and Parthia is her close friend, nobody has told her what she's doing is wrong, and it's not as though she would listen anyway. Muffet came to Valentia with Parthia, Hilda, and Lethe originally. Before settling here Muffet traveled and worked with a band of mercenaries, with Muffet's baking as a side business. Now that Muffet has a place to call home in Rigel, however, she has put all of her focus on running her bake sales and she uses her skills as a mercenary to fight against those who refuse to buy from her. To those in Valentia, Muffet is as sweet as can be, but to outsiders she is a terror to behold. G O A L S Muffet's goals
