Personality: The head of the illusive Shadow Guard, Proxima is sent on secretive missions every so often and trails death in her wake. Clever and efficient, she only answers to those she has deemed worthy of her loyalty. She is known as the Liver of the Frenetic Four (a group of elite royal advisors), due to her job of "filtering" out threats to the clan. She does not particularly enjoy killing, but rather sees it as a necessity out of loyalty to her king, Azral. Now that the king and queen have had their own children, she tends to keep her distance so as not to "taint" the younglings' purity, but much to her surprise (and secret happiness) they tend to adore their Aunty Proxima. History: Her clan was attacked and destroyed when she was young, her family massacred. She managed to escape and wandered the area in despair until an older Fae stumbled across her. Buru took her under her wing as an apprentice assassin, and Proxima soaked up the training, as she never wanted to feel that helpless again. Despite the gratitude and respect she had for her mentor, the two eventually split ways over a difference in ideals. Buru was a very neutral dragon who cast aside her morals for profit, while Proxima decided that the clan of Chasm Peak that had offered her a home was the place she wanted to protect. Although the two parted on decent terms, Buru warned that if they crossed paths while on the job, she wouldn't hold back. While living at Chasm Peak, the Sky War began, and Proxima had the chance to showcase her skills. She was part of various secret operations that gained Chasm Peak valuable intel and advantages in the war. After she had proved her worth, Azral gave her a position as one of the Frenetic Four and allowed her to create the Shadow Guard. After the war's end, Proxima continued to contact informants all over Sornieth in order to create a web of information in case it was needed in the future.
