Hawke is a gallant explorer, at least in his own eyes. He loves zooming around with his high tech boots, much to the chagrin of his clan members. He is often described as spunky, accompanied with an eye roll and a smile.

His clan members genuinely love this crazy little nocturne, especially since he can keep the hatchlings entertained. He sometimes puts on shows for the young dragons and hatchlings, with a clan member reading from a script as he acts out his "Totally True Tales". Some of the stories are pretty likely, like when he took on a whole pack of serthis to get a potion he needed. The less likely ones involves his tangles with the Shadowbinder, such as his story of how he went around with her on April Fools and dropped candy that looked like venemuos snakes in lairs around Sornieth. Though, some neighboring clans have recall seeing a flash of white and green right before the giant snake scare.

Nowadays, he spends his time as a scholar for the Shadow Clan he now resides in. He enjoys writing plays and short stories based on historic events.
