Biography
Guilds and Grove are Nature Flight's dom teams. Most of the active players are in one or the other. You can be in both if you wish.
Groves are usually smaller and more co-operative.

They are usually active when we have a planned push. They don't generally compete with other groves. Sometimes they have fundraisers to help other Flight activities.
Battle Guilds are usually larger groups and each member is more independent.
https://www1.flightrising.com/forums/fd10/2786313
Members also donate treasure to the guild treasurer to combine. Guilds compete to see which one can collect the most combined treasure and send the most levels to the Gladekeeper. The combined treasure is sent to the Seed Vault in big batches. It's not unusual for a guild to collect over a million in one week!
Sometimes guilds have mini-events (usually forum games) or even mini-battles in between the planned battles for the entire flight.

- Breeders plan ahead to fill and hatch nests before a planned push. Once their nests hatch, breeders act like snipers.
- A sniper (supplier) might find the dragon in the AH for a good price and send it to a holder for a small preset fee (50-75% less than fodder floor). The amount changes based on fodder prices and will be listed in the grove.
fodder floor : is the lowest price in the AH with at least 10 pages of L1 adult dragons
- The holder might store and feed the dragon for free until it grows up or a leveler is ready for it.
- Then the holder send the dragon to a leveler to train the dragon and send it to the Gladekeeper.
- The exalt payout is sent to the grove treasurer to divide at the end of the push week.

- Breeders might ask if guild members have empty nests and send dragons for fodder breeding before a planned push. Once their nests hatch, breeders act like snipers.
- A Sniper advertises when they have dragons to sell, for whatever price they choose, usually less than the average fodder rate as a favor to their guild members.
- Holders might store leveled fodder and/or hatchlings before a push. During a push they hold extra adults from snipers, older hatchlings, or perma (keeper) dragons to give snipers, levelers and breeders more room. Holders receive HibDen items, extra food, or ~ 1000 t per dragon they store.
- Levelers have a steady market of low-priced dragons waiting to be trained.
- Profit in a guild is not shared; every job collects some as they go along.

A Cat in My Lap
*** |
I know I have a lot to do, So many things, must see them through. There are clothes to clean, grass to mow, Cookies to bake, seeds to sow. But I really can't do all these things in a snap. Because you see, there's a cat in my lap. He stretches and rolls and gives me a wink From his sleepy gold eyes -- just a small blink. |
I smooth his long tail and tickle his tummy. He yawns and purrs to tell me that's yummy. The telephone rings. The paperboy taps. No move do I make. There's a cat in my lap. Bright sunlight dances across the floor To warm my small friend just a bit more. A happy prisoner am I in my chair -- Some moments of peace -- not a care. I think I'll take a little nap. With this soft, furry ball, a cat in my lap! |
