Shadow Flight Ambassador

Sister of Sunbringer, ambassador of the Shadow flight, the Nocturne Darksun was separated from her nest long before hatching. Laid in the lair nestled in the Sunbeam Ruins in a nest of two her egg was stolen away to the Tangled Wood. There she was touched by shadows, blessed- or perhaps cursed, by the children of the Shadowbinder. According to Sunbringer neither of their parents were Nocturnes, and so it is guessed she was transformed as part of the ritual. Upon hatching, Darksun was born blind. In the shadows she felt motion, the stirring of dragons. They would raise her, but she would eventually leave the Tangled Wood to adventure on her own. Darksun felt something from the Ashfall Waste call to her, like there was something there that she needed, pulling her in. When she arrived she found Sunbringer, and the sisters knew that they were each other's second half.

The Shadow flight Nocturne is calm, collected, logical but compassionate. Darksun, similarly to her sister, is oftentimes willing to give dragons at the mercy of the council a second chance. One crime she will not budge on punishing with an iron fist, however, is the theft of an egg. No matter the purpose with her experience and the loss of her sister she knows no hatchling deserves that pit inside their chest. Unknowable, but very much there.
