Autumn is a fall aesthetic kind of girl. She wears two scarves not because she's cold or anything but because it looks better that way. She likes to wear dead leaves and they don't itch at all she swears.
Autumn is a new hire at Chai-al and Error, still trying to figure out what she's supposed to do. She's quick with a joke and very cheerful to be around. While she cannot be trusted with the espresso machine, she's very good at in-between work that helps everyone else be at their most efficient. She seems to know when someone needs something and can fetch it for them. Maybe she used to be a server and server brain never really turns off.

Marigold
There's a forest beside the city where Chai-al and Error was built. This is Marigold's forest in the fall, and someone else's during the other three seasons. During the rest of the year, Marigold causes trouble for everyone around her. Naturalists studying the ecology of the river city and its surrounding areas have found 50% of interpersonal conflicts caused by Marigold, whether directly or indirectly. She became friends with Autumn on a fluke. Upon noticing the dragon's fall leaves and double scarf combo, Marigold sensed a kindred spirit. It wasn't fall at the time, so Marigold was bored. She struck up a conversation with the dragon, who was happy to talk about her aesthetic. Long story short, Marigold still dislikes everyone EXCEPT Autumn, but only because she GETS her. And that's how Chai's business stopped getting mysteriously egged in all seasons but fall like all the other shops near the forest.
