Glinda- or Glinda the Great, as she prefers to be called- is the outgoing ringmaster of the world's last travelling circuses. She believes a broken world is no excuse for a lack of entertainment and...well, holding such big, flashy events is distracting enough to give her an easy time robbing the settlements she and her band of fools visit. She wouldn't consider herself a criminal- not by a long shot!- because she believes providing good, wholesome entertainment is a fair trade, and nicking supplies allows her troupe to visit even more downtrodden folks.
