Silverthaw has come out of a long sickness of unknown origin, and is struggling to put everything in order again.

Elemental Nature
Silverthaw is not powerfully elemental, though she is not abnormally weak. Her Lightning is part of her that she is not deeply attached to, but she uses it fairly frequently for small tasks.

Physical description
Silverthaw is a short, dense nocturne with long wings. She is extremely fast and historically quite endurant in the air, covering distance quickly and without stopping, though currently she is still rebuilding her stamina and cannot go for as long. Silverthaw has particularly dextrous hands and small, neat handwriting. She is rarely seen without something in which to write. As she has never reproduced, her eclipse form has never been seen.

Origin
Silverthaw was hatched from an egg discovered in another clan during the first Night of the Nocturne. She came to Northslope rather at random, when her hatching-clan decided they had entirely too many young nocturnes with no guidance what to be.

After coming to Northslope, Silverthaw spent a few seasons still confused as to what direction she should take her life, before taking up the mantle of Chronicler. She has done this job faithfully ever since, save for the recent hiatus during her sickness.

Kin
Like all nocturnes awakened in the Solstice, Silverthaw has no recorded kin. Like Nyctornis and many others, she refers to Shadowbinder as her mother, though she has no memory of any time before the first Night. Unlike Nyctornis, Silverthaw has found no particular adopted kin among the other dragons of Northslope, though she loves the clan.

Familiar

Silverthaw's fully-bonded brilliant psywurm is a clever creature. He acts as her assistant, fetching items and taking dictations in the times when she has run out of paper, to repeat back to her later. While he does not form complete sentences on his own, he is nonetheless quite expressive in fragments, and can repeat back paragraphs of text verbatim.
