InfestedDiamond

InfestedDiamond is quite tricky, speaking in a husky and whispering tone, both heads often talking at once as one to create an eerie harmony. She is something of a prankster, playing tricks on other members of the commune and snickering in that coarse, harmonic laugh of hers. She is rather unsettling and intimidating because of how composed she always is, as if she's always in control of every situation. She had no connection to the Unknowable during the time of the Commune, and definitely has none now. Maybe that is part of what made others nervous around her. She needed no connection to the Unknowable to exude this aura of power.

She's never done anyone any true harm, though, and she is is true and good to her mate Phanuel (who she flirts with whenever she sees, often flustering him terribly). We suspect her actions are more playful or a facade than anything we should be concerned about. She is strong enough to be Phanuel's equal in combat, though, so she can be lethal should she choose to be. But we are her friends, her community, her home, and she has shown time and time again that she would never hurt us. She never even turned on the Commune during the time of the rebellion despite her deep understanding of Redfang's reason for rebelling.

The only outward, blatant hatred she has displayed towards anyone is towards Hecata and Tremere, Phanuel's biological parents. She has a seething contempt for the two of them for causing Phanuel stress, and the venomous way she speaks with them makes that clear. She has threatened them more than once. It is unclear if she means to carry out those threats.

On the flipside, when Lhiannian returned home, she was beyond thrilled (though she also grew further resentment for Hecata and Tremere for what they represented, blaming them for all the anxieties Lhiannian carries). She is a very attentive mother, doing her best to help Lhiannian through her troubles and catching up on lost time. It's almost strange to see InfestedDiamond be so doting towards one of her adult children, but she hadn't seen Lhiannian in so long and Lhiannian is going through a lot, so it's not as if there's no reason. She's just being the mother she never had the chance to be towards her.
