His cormorant familiar might look cute and sweet on the outside, especially with that vibrantly green scarf wrapped around his neck, but he is not someone one would like to mess with. Very wary of anyone new, he can be quite feisty meeting strangers but once he's become accustomed and familiar with your face, he might stop pecking and squawking. If you offer him fish, however, he will become very fond of you and practically fly over to you whenever he sees you, loudly asking for more snacks. He is most loyal to Aaru who found him when he was still in an egg and raised him by his side. Henet is not at all fond of any other cormorants, usually scaring away or yelling at any other member of his species, no matter the size or age.
