Elvira

Elvira, with her Arcane heritage, is a natural mage. She's quite mischievous and slightly immature, so pranking her clanmates with little spritzes of magic here and there is far from uncommon. For this reason, she's also a favorite scapegoat, but she takes it all in stride. Nothing really seems to bother Elvira, and no one has yet to see her without a smile on her face. Usually it's the "I'd-watch-where-you're-stepping-whoops-that's-a-confetti-bomb-in-your-hoard" kind of smirk, but that's besides the point.

Since becoming quite adept at her skill, Elvira was exploring some areas just outside Nature's realm, in Dragonhome, when she was approached by a wary Longneck named Asune, who, while exceedingly cautious, had noticed her strong magical presence. He had been born with rare magical talent himself, and while normally there would be at least a few masters from his tribe who would be able to teach him, the ongoing war efforts between resident Earth dragons and his people ensured that all of the mages and a great number of his tribe had been completely wiped out. Thus, he was faced with the choice of doing the unthinkable: learning from the very kind of creature who was responsible for the deaths of his loved ones. Though Elvira personally was not at fault, and the Clan of the Flowering Glen abstains from resorting to violence whenever possible, it was still very difficult for Asune to get over his fear and prejudice regarding the incident. Elvira, showing a new side of her character, has been exceptionally patient with the young Longneck, and he proves to be a promising student. Moondancer is thrilled to have an opportunity to study the differences between Arcane magic training in dragons and in other peoples.
