______ Samudra has had something of a sad story. Once a proud child of the sea, surfing waves and diving deep, something clearly went wrong. He was found by Sylce near the Southern Icefield, washed up on an iceberg and badly hurt. Having perfected their rescue technique, she alerted Oriasis and Manannan, who flew with haste to rescue the unconscious wildclaw.

______ Back at the lair, Samudra was immediately recognized as one who has been around nearly as long as Ikoel and Vyscer, even Oriasis and Sylce. When he came to, he was scared at first, being in an unfamiliar environment with strange faces around him. However, Manannan helped to calm him, as a fellow farer of the sea. But something happened in this process...
He became more withdrawn, colder, with frost nipping at the feathers on his crest and at the tips of his wings, despite the relatively warm temperatures. Lost in the memories of his former life, he now prefers solitude rather than the close-knit social life many dragons of the Gladeguard clan enjoy.
Oriasis only hopes he will return to some semblance of happiness, as he does not like seeing dragons in his clan in pain. For now, he will provide him the chance to heal and keep a close eye.
