Once upon a summer day,
A guardian went out to play.
She shook the ground,
That hulking mound,
And scared all the fae boys away.
Well, not all of them, to be fair.
One gentleman remained in the air.
He took a deep bow
And politely asked how
She came to be frolicking there.
"I was really just wandering by,
For the clouds," came her reply,
"The diamonds and spades,
Their shapes, their shades,
There is such beauty up there in the sky."
He said, "My lady, if I could divine
A greater beauty than that of your kind,
I'd look to the skies
Till it blinded my eyes."
