Conflagrant Carnival 2023

stagnum stood in front of the stage and listened to the orchestra. Things like these really attracted her attention; the ability to unite dragons, no matter their qualities, was such a rare sight. The queen always respected it when she encountered a event similar to this. She felt the rhythm in her soul, the beat shaking her bones, the melody filling her ears. She enjoyed the music and lost herself in her thoughts.
She thought about that day, the day she fell into the sea at Shoredeep Presage after accidentally entering the area. She had lost consciousness, fell deeper and deeper into the abyss. Her lungs were filled with salty water. Born as a Guardian, Stagnum hoped her previous biology to help her out; alas her Fire element betrayed her and she felt the destruction within herself. That same day, she met her life-long mate Gardorhia. He was the one who saved her. After waking up, she realized her skin had new patterns. Gardorhia was willing to find a cure for whatever curse this was. While travelling together to find the correct medic, they started a family together and later grew into a clan. They stopped viewing her new genes as curses but instead scars of a strong warrior. To this day, Stagnum believes that day must be the most important one of her life.
