Enter the shrine...
You enter the shrine cautiously, your eyes adjusting to the dim light. Anything could be inside--serpents would be the least of your concerns. Something glitters further in, so you press forward. When you get close enough, you see a small but impressive hoard of treasure, lit by a single stray sunbeam. Before you can touch the treasure, you sense a presence.

There's a Luminax plushie in here. You didn't notice it until just now. And despite its big button eyes, something about it really gives you the creeps. Maybe if you give it a pat that will make you feel better? You stare for a moment, then reach out toward it. As soon as your fingertips brush its fabric, wind whips through the shrine, sending your map flying in the opposite direction and kicking up dust from the stone flooring.

You know what? You decide it's probably better if you just leave.
