Usually called flighty, he finds it almost as hard as Collin to stay still. However, while the Mirror focuses on what he can see, Oceanus studies what what isn't so visible from the Clan territory, or to the naked eye
Oceanus is exceptionally restless, even for a Spiral. He tends to look gaunt, as his output is far exceeded by his intake most days, barring when his mate manages to get him to relax long enough to eat more than a bite or two
