Somnio
he/him | magician | toymaker
indentSomnio was born in the Crystalspine Reaches to two coatls native to the Blacksand Annex. They taught him the traditional metalwork of their flight, although he is Arcane, and they often used the native magic-infused metals of the area. As Somnio grew older, he realised that he loved entertaining the young hatchlings with a combination of Arcane magic and good old-fashioned sleight-of-claw tricks, as well as his own enchanted metal toys. He is a master illusionist, though he is very humble about it, and it was through this line of work that he met his mate Occultae, who acts as his assistant.
indentSomnio was once a travelling magician, venturing from his home in the Crystalspine Reaches to the Wispwillow Grove (where he is loved) and the Everbloom Gardens. However, while travelling through the Shifting Expanse, he was injured grievously. Occultae managed to find the Medical Team, who helped nurse him back to health. He and Occultae decided to make it their home base, after learning and being intrigued by Tesla's study of sacridite as a power source. Of course, he couldn't disappoint all the hatchlings of Sornieth, so he does still travel with his show.
