Biography
Alfadhirhaiti by Heilung
Clan chief
Despite being one of the core clan members required to make everyday routines go around, Acid is rarely home. The responsibility for each day and week is distributed to specific dragons, while Acid goes to the corners of the work to look for "potential recruits".
He is known to be stoic, paranoid and outright mean, but those close to him knows he cares about his family a lot.
Also responsible for the Rotten Hollows, which he regularly patrols and defends from potential threats. What exactly is in here, few know. They won't tell you anything, unless...

Acid stared at the scroll in his claws. He leaned against the cave wall, cradled in dirty tatters. He did not have much to decorate with, other than the equipment the clan dragged along every month. He was an older Mirror dragon now. His daughter had outmatched him long ago, and it was harder to lead the clan every day.
Putting the paper down, Acid walked outside. Someone had started a fight again. It was getting bloody. He hastily ran down, fanning his crest in front of the pair. Lyst was subudued by his presence very quickly. The bogsneak was not having it. Luckily, surrounded by the whole clan, it huffed and lost interest. Close one.
This is not working well anymore.
Recieving silent nods and acknowledgement, Acid left as quickly as he came. Climbing up to the top of the pit, the black mirror looked onto the sunset.
Flynest came up behind him. His partner was a Guardian, beautiful and bleak like bone. She put a wing around Acid and settled on his side.
“You are having issues when Shanny is gone, don’t you?”
He did not have to answer. Flynest knew.
“Flynest... I am thinking I should change into a Wildclaw...”
The Guardian was shocked the response. She look worried at her partner, seeing a hint of sorrow in his eyes.
“You don’t have to do that. What is it that makes you even think about this?”
Acid looked back at Flynest. The infrared could see her temperature change to his comment.
“As a wildclaw, my ability to contest and protect would be greater. Mirror dragons go along with the flow, and I do not think we are fit to take care of all these dragons.”
Flynest flared her wings. Anger surged though her eyes, the offense being obvious.
“Acid! Our daughter is the chief! I can’t believe you actually-”
Tears was building up and a coarse tone filled her throat.
“You know why I must do it. Especially you. I am sorry, but this is far too important to go unchecked.”
The couple sat in the sunset, quiet. An hour passed as they reflected on the future. At last, Flynest spike up.
“I am going to the Arcane flight. I will solve this, so that you don’t have to suffer anymore. Don’t try to stop me.”
Acid did not respond. The Guardian went down the pit to pack her things. The mirror sat alone, remniscing the better times... if there ever had been one.
Two days later, the clan recieved shocking news. Flynest had left the day before, but they were not prepared for this. Out of the elder’s cave walked a Wildclaw they had never seen before. The black mirror was no more. The leader was back to take control.

It was pretty noisy in the lair today. Louder than Acid preferred, and disturbing to everyone trying to rest in the lairs around. However, Acid could not focus on that now. For he could barely focus on the paper in front of him.
He tried to squint, but the letters made no sense. He could normally make it out with some effort, or hell, borrowing Cancer´s glasses. This was different. He tried rub his eyes... no. It was only darker.
Acid looked around, staring at the spear besides him. That was a spear... right? He head no idea. Touching it, it was no spear at all. Probably a piece of fur. He wasn´t... sure. And it was at that moment his stomach dropped.
Acid had prepared for this for years now. With his track record, the blindness should have come much earlier. He was lucky being able to train for this, using the blindfold all the time had helped.
Though now that the moment had come, it was hard to feel ready. He would never see his family again, relying on whatever other senses that would still work.
Would he be able to fight? Of course he would, but there was no denying any intelligent adversary would have an advantage. And that was the part that scared him the most. Armona, even Ivesce, could hold a knife to his throat. And he wouldn´t realise before it was too late.
Acid shook his head, sitting down at the floor. Staring at the lantern, the dim hue green light slowly fading. It was the last he would see forever. And it was a fate he accepted. It was the plaguebringer´s decision.
The darkness shrouded him...
